3d International scientific conference «Birds of prey of Ukraine»
Dear colleagues!
We invite you to take part in the 3d International scientific conference “Birds of prey of Ukraine”, which will be held 24-25th October 2008, at Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University.
INFORMATION LETTER No 1.
The conference covers the following issues:
− territorial distribution and numbers of birds of prey in Ukraine;
− changes in bird’s ranges;
− breeding biology;
− feeding;
− migrations;
− practical value and protection;
— use of birds of prey in hunting;
The Organizing Committee encourages the participants to propose scientific topics for the conference and round-table discussions, to propose your videofilms for watching, etc. Your propositions will be taken into account in a final programme of the conference. This programme will be sent each person, applied for participation.
The proceedings of the conference will be published as a separate edition.
Languages of the conference are Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
